Confidentiality and Data Protection Agreement

Before providing us with any information relating to you with this Agreement, you should be aware that DBaaS Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We collect the information about work / business opportunities and other relevant information in line with your preferences. The lawful basis we use for this processing is "Legitimate Interest". This is covered in the GDPR. The ICO recommend that companies using this basis conduct a "Legitimate Interests Assessment" (LIA), and we have done this.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a new regulation which replaces the Data Protection Regulation (Directive 95/46/EC).
